You commented on my "woo hoo" thread, and I just wanted to drop by and encourage you. You asked for advice, I don't know if I have much except just do it. I guess I think the spark plan is really effective. Measure your food; count your calories; drink water; eat a balanced diet; work out. It's really just common sense, but that doesn't make it easy. It also helps to remember that each day is a clean slate. Each MOMENT is a clean slate. Just because I messed up earlier today, or earlier this week, doesn't mean I have to ruin this moment. I can make a great choice now even if I didn't yesterday.
