I joined SparkPeople a while back. But, like most people, life has been too "busy" to take "advantage" of this resource. Which means, I have failed. Oh how I have failed. Failed multiple times. Sure, I always have a good "reason"....but in the end it comes down to a choice.

Although the reasons may be reasonable at times, the end result is failure. At some point one must be honest with oneself. How important are these goals and are they a priority. At some point we must realize that our life is solely in our hands and the choices we make define who we are and what we accomplish.

Success reflects multiple minute choices strung together. The battle is fought a thousand times every day. It is these small battles that matter. These small choices that carry the weight of a life time. These choices that only exist in this moment. It matters not how many wrong choices we have made before. What matters is the choice made at this moment.
