I decided I needed to update my page since it's been awhile. I'm still working on getting my nutrition under control, but I've found a love of running and am toying with the idea of doing a triathlon sometime in 2014.

My main goal is to drop down to a healthy BMI, so I chose 150 as I'm 5'7".

I also want to get my nutrition under control, as it only fuels my workout activities.
