My Goals:
Lower my calorie intake, have energy. Take my SP grocery list and buy foods that are good for everyone in the family.

My Program:
1200-1400 calorie diet. Low carbs and 45 minutes of exercise each day. Sat/Sun 25 minutes.

Personal Information:
Currently stationed in Fort Campbell, KY.

Other Information:
"You never know until you try". We all have our good and bad days but if we stay motivated and work together, we all can reach our goals.

Hello all: I have since retired from the Army and got on this kick of....The Army can't weigh and tape me anymore. I let myself go for awhile and need to get back on track. God Bless you all! emoticon
