Always track all my food. And anytime I am unsure its affect on my bottom line, I track it before I eat it. Then I can adjust it as need be.
Swim, swim, swim. I try to swim laps an hour and a half to two hours, four or five nights a week.
NEVER eat deep fried foods and NEVER drink soda. Baked or grilled options are flavorful (and won't damage your heart). Seltzer water with lemon or lime is a fizzy treat, that is a good substitute for soda. 2228 days ago
