Hi Deanna :)

On my busy days, I chunk my workout up in ten minute bites. I'll do a video from here in the morning and do ten or fifteen minutes of fast, purposeful walking at lunch and then a strength video later in the day.

Howdy, from one Smith to another. My #1 suggestion is to break working out into very small units: 10 minutes. That is always doable! Find all the info you can about ten-minute exercise on the site and try it that way. There are ways to fit in all sorts of exercises while sitting, walking, standing, watching TV - all sorts of useful hints. Never think effective fitness can only come form long stints in the gym! Hope that helps!
