My trip to being Healthy!

01/04/12 I'm starting over... AGAIN!
This is my third time around and I'm hoping that it's the charm. If I add up what I've lost on my 2 previous attempts at getting healthy, I would be over 100 pounds lost. That would put my below my goal. Knowing that is what really gets me fired up. If I would have stuck with the plan instead of quitting, I could possibly have already made my goal weight.

This time around, there are NO EXCUSES!
