My goal is to return to my previous weight of 105. I have much work to do. I have set up a great meal plan that I plan on using even after I have lost the weight. I am following the Belly Good/Belly Bad meal plan. It isn't really a diet; rather a way of life.
I have been doing great on it and I am looking for anyone who may be following the same plan.
