Injuries are so inconvenient when you are on a mission to be healthy and lose weight!! Try not to be discouraged... It will heal and you will get back to exercise. Maybe you can try some of the chair exercises here on Spark. Watch your calories closely and keep drinking the water. 1200 days ago
