Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels

Hi Everyone. My name is Danielle and I am 32 years old. I've been heavy since I was a child and as an adult the pounds kept adding on. I've lost about 90 pounds since July of 2011, but I still have quite a ways to go. I'm here to continue working on me, and can't wait to one day reach my goal weight. :)

My Program:
Right now I am staying between a 1250-1400 calorie diet and exercising 3+ days a week for an hour or so at the gym.

My name is Danielle, and I'm from Michigan. I have 2 fabulous kids. My son is 11 and my daughter is 9. I am a single parent, and I want so badly to lose weight so I can do those fun things with the kids before I lose my opportunity.

Injuries are so inconvenient when you are on a mission to be healthy and lose weight!! Try not to be discouraged... It will heal and you will get back to exercise. Maybe you can try some of the chair exercises here on Spark. Watch your calories closely and keep drinking the water. emoticon
