    Aaaahh! How do you gain 3 pounds in two days when you go to the gym? I did splurge with dinner last night by eating frozen egg rolls but 3 pounds!? At this rate I will be obese forever.

    I had a much better day today. Sadly my gym has no pool which I am really missing from my previous gym. But I went on the crosstrainer instead today and still got a great workout and then did lots of matwork, it was a muuuch better day. You know it's weird, sometimes you get down and you don't even know why.

    I think it might also have been because I'm starting to feel withdrawal symptoms from the sugar that I have been stopping gradually, and I really need to just power through that and get confidence in making good meals.

    Tonight, I had a prawn, tomato, green bean, sweetcorn and red pepper wok fry and it was amazing - felt so good afterwards!

    Anyway, hope you're having a good day :)

    I thought I had done really good today, but once I finished logging everything in, I find that I am over. I hope that I am overestimating my portions, because I was so hungry by dinner.

    I didn't even add dinner, nor have I worked out today because I was with Erik until he got on the plane back to Colorado and then wen to the VA to get my password so I can apply for that new job.

    I hope that once I start work again I will get back on track with my weight loss. FIngers crossed. emoticon

    Today wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Made my 1 pound off this week. Yea for me emoticon Hope that I can keep the diet through Thanksgiving. Keeping my fingers crossed
