HI thanks for the info on strength training. I do have some balance issues but will check the book out for sure. Will look see if there is a website.
Thanks and btw you look great. Did you have to lose a lot of wt before maintenance? I am always curious about excess skin. I have between 40-50 lbs to lose.

I want your guns. If I had arms like yours I would be a feeling perrrty good. I used have nice arms but I have gotten a little fluffy over time.

Just wanted to drop in to thank you for the suggestions on muscle tightness/soreness.

I will definitely be going out to buy a foam roller and see if that helps any and if not, I'll go get my stride checked out.

It's only been about 3 days since I first felt the tightness so it is new, maybe I just strained it. Who knows?

I've been flailing for a while, especially with the crappy weather, but your quote
