DMIDLING is so excited about being in a size 6! Haven't been this size since high school. Love the changes I have made this past five months.

My Goals:
Be in the best shape ever! In this for the long haul. Wanted to get into my 12s but I am already into some size 8s! Want a lean, hard body that I can use for doing sports and other activities.

My Program:
Weight training 6 days a week. Extra activities include volleyball, spinning and Tae Kwan Do.
Eating to build muscle and fuel my body. No soda or empty calories.

Personal Information:
Live in Chico, ca. Work for Avon Products as a manager, covering 6 counties (lots of driving).

Hi, I was impressed that you signed up for the breast cancer walk. Do your best, walk as far as you can. Don't beat yourself up about it and just concentrate on each day. You don't need more stress--that's where I saw your post, on the stress challenge page.
Good luck, take the weight loss one day at a time--well, one minute at a time.
