Change to Healthy Eating

Multiple health problems have led me to make a change to healthy eating and I hope to lose 100 pounds in the process. I have already lost 9 pounds since joining spark. I feel like I'm on my way!

1. Lower my blood pressure.
This is lowered, but I'm still on medication. My goal is to be off this medication.
2. Sleep better.
3. Improve my mental state.
4. Reduce pain.
My fibromyalgia pain has greatly reduced.


My Program:
1. Make healthy food choices.
2. Exercise.

I am the mother of 3 wonderful young women, grandmother to 2 beautiful little girls and 1 handsome boy.
