REACHING MY GOAL

My name is Donna. I am 48 yrs old and I weigh 210lbs and would like to lose enough weight to get me down to 135 lbs. My problem is I have the "WANT TO " but not any support or not enough motivation. I smoke abot a pk and half cigerettes a day and when exercising give out of breath easy . I need a friend that together we can motivate each other to accomplish our goals.

Welcome! I have not been on here in a long time. I have gained some of my weight back. I keep going up and down. I also want to get down to 135 and I weigh 220 again. I would like to be your buddy and we can help each other reach our goal. I know there are a lot of tools on here to help you along the way. I can do this! You can do this! WE all can do this!!
