    Thank you for the compliments! I'd love to see your pics too. I totally agree on the calories. I try to stay under 1200, but I figure if someday I do 900 and some day I do 1400 it all evens out. I want to focus on my protein and making healthier choices (one piece of chocolate instead of a whole bar, etc).

    Sorry to hear about your passing out spells and your Knee. I wonder what is up with that. Yea I am doing pretty good with my dieting, I'm eating healthy for most meals and am not starving or anything. I'm still mostly not drinking beer. Exercise wise I'm doing a combination of weight training, running, walking, Biking for at least 60 minutes almost every day. I've lost about 12 lbs so far, so I have a ways to go. I've gone down about one size in my waist. At least the stuff I'm doing now is becoming habits that hopefully will stick.
