Newbie Sparklet on 8/10/2010. I am captivated by the idea of Focus and the goals that say "Wow that is so easy". I have never been a goal setting person except for like 50 lbs lost by my birthday which never happened. I already know and try to follow the information about fitness, healthy foods, etc. Also excited about the community support because I need someone to say It's okay keep going you'll get there even if I have to take the long way.

My Goals:
Water Water Water
Not a water drinking so starting out with at least 3 full glasses of Plain nothing added, Pure Water.

Planing in the morning and looking at my progress before I go to bed - Journal writing too!


My Program:
1st day on the Spark Program Set my 3 little goals and rewards.

Tracked all my food today even though it takes time. Makes you not want to eat because of the time to track it. This must be the reason people lose weight by tracking too much work!



Personal Information:
Originally from Chicago but live in Houston over 25 years. Married for over 28 - Wow how is that even possible.
Have two teenagers 1 girl and 1 boy. Both drive me crazy in different ways.
I have to laugh everyday!


Other Information:
Love books but don't read as many as I would like. Love to do all the stuff that keeps your butt in a chair, read, write, internet surf, watch movies of all kinds even foreign. Used to be a crafter and want to be a photo bug, scrapbooker, fitness guru, billionaire and love goddess.

When you are ready I would suggest joining a few teams and making friends to get your support structure in place, Then just use your trackers daily and log everything you eat good and not so good.     You are so welcome!! Yes I do have a teenager, and when he is in great mood, he is awesome!! But the attitude sometimes is terrible!! I have raised him by myself since he was 6 months old with the help and support of my family and his wonderful godmother!! We are very close and for the most part get along great!! I am dreading the driving but trying to stay positive about it!! LOL!! I look forward to getting to know you better and supporting each other in our goals!!!

    Be sure you track everything in the nutrition tracker. You'll see all the nutrients that you are consuming, and is an eye opener.

    Search spark teams of members with similar goals and situations. They are a great source of support.
