I am really trying to get more active, I find that when I walk everyday or even every other day it makes a big difference in my weigh in. I have more bad days than good days, I want it to be different, I want more good than bad days. My goal is to lose 110 lbs, mini goal is 55 by July 9, 2012 so here is to my mini goal
