Hi, I'm Donna, and I have a problem with food. It's a love/hate relationship. I do love to eat and often thank God for my taste buds. Unfortunately, I also use food as a painkiller. When I am sad, angry, frustrated, or feeling just about any negative emotion, I eat. It is my "drug of choice", as they say.
* Curtail alcohol
* Drink lots of water
* Do 10 "movements"
* Eat a good breakfast
* Track all food & drink
* Breathe deep and say
* Walk, do yoga, or do
Low-Calorie, nutritionally balanced diet, along with more physical activity. Pretty basic, nothing drastic.

Hi Donna! I know life is hard sometimes, but we need to keep moving forward together! My weight has gone up in the past 8 months, yet I still come back every day. I feel like it keeps me at the starting line for when I am ready for the next push downward. I stay active and too busy most of the time. It's how I "deal" by keeping busy. Looking forward to getting to know you better!

It has been a while! I am remotivated. Thank God! I joined Planet Fitness and went once a week. Now I am excited to go more often. I really like it, and there is no pressure, but I feel better already. Eating better makes me fell better too. I cannot wait to have great salad with my favorites today and to pick strawberries tomorrow. I am healthiest in the summer.
