To get to a healthy weight - enjoy life and my kids - Find a reason to smile everyday.

My Program:
Cut down my calories. Limit my sugars and fat. I also eat less earlier in the day - saving my calories for late afternoon and dinner time when I am most hungry.

YOU CAN DO THIS!! Don't wait for the day to come where it falls into place - MAKE the day happen! Go to bed tonight KNOWING WITHOUT FAIL that when you wake up, you'll be back on track as if you never even went on vacation!! (except for the memories of your trip) I wish all the best for you. I think you need a swift kick, too!! lol This will hurt You, a lot more than it will hurt me!...JUST DO IT!!!!!!
Come on back to MMM. You just need to refocus hon! You can do this! I start every morning of everyday on Spark and with TEAM MMM! There is just so much activity, advice, and motivation there! I Love it!! Come back home to MMM and recenter yourself. I'll be waiting!
