l'd like to reach a weight that is not considered obese,then maintain my goal weight.The last time I tried to maintain I failed and gained rapidly.I'll begin maintenance planning now to zero in on calorie intake for maintenance.
To meet my goal I stick to a low Calorie diet w/calorie intake about 1100 to 1300 cal. per day.I exercise by walking between 3 or 4 miles per day.I weigh in weekly and like to see progress.I'll put my diet high on my priority list and not cheat to the best of my ability.
