I have 2 children, Mark and Joshua. They are both on the autism spectrum. I started exercising about 5 years ago to help me deal with the stress of raising a special needs child. I LOVE my children and they are the reason I want to be healthy - physically and mentally.
Thanks for leaving a comment on my ocean swim blog. Actually ocean swimming is easier than lake swimming due to the buoyancy of the salt water. When I have on my wetsuit I don't even have to paddle - I can just float on my back.
