My Goals:
1. Lose 8 pounds by April 4.
2. Participate in the Spring challenge.
3. 20 min of exercise daily.

My Program:
1. Eat 4 fruit and 5 vegetable servings/day.
2. Eat at least 60 g of protein/day.
3. Eliminate sugar, white flour and white rice.
4. Workout at home with DVDs

Personal Information:
I have 2 daughters 18 & 15 and a husband. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats. I enjoy walking the dogs in good weather.
