My Goals:
My weight has been fluxuating since I had my two children. Nearly topping out at about 160, I would like to lose 30lbs, but tackling only 10lbs at a time.

My Program:
I am tracking my daily calories except on the weekends and even then, I am mindful of what I am eating. I am also doing a high intensity workout 3 times a week, followed by a walking program, the other two days, with rest (AKA fun activities) on the weekends.

Personal Information:
Slowing gaining weight, working in an office all day. I've been working out 3-5 days a week before work for the past 6 months with no weight loss, only gain, so now I'm focusing on my diet as well and exercising 5 days, with a weekend break.

Other Information:
My hobbies are singing and sewing and about anything crafty!

I would so love to hit under 35 min for my 5K...but for now, my goal is to just FINISH!! I am so not the runner, and I don't really like training to run, I just want to do it! That's my problem, no real training in between my races. I'm getting better about logging in some miles between my races...but I'd rather do other cardio! Hmmm, next year I will focus on running more every week, so when I do these races, I can actually get a pretty decent time.

Thanks for adding me as a friend. The Dam to Dam 20K was my longest race yet. I ran it with my daughter. It was very rewarding. Had a great time. She and I are running the Las Vegas Rock N Roll (half marathon) in December. Have fun on your vacation!
