My Program:
Monitor Foods eaten via Spark People. Work out three times a week using either the college gym or the treadmill. Create a menu plan on Sunday for the following week.
Personal Information:
Originally I'm from Montana. I joined the Navy when I was 17 and spent six years in the military. After I got out, I went to college while working a full-time job. Now that I'm older, I need to concentrate on life habits of eating healthy and living a healthier lifestyle.
