Get to 180 at a minimum, 175 would be best. A quirky goal I have is to pass the Army Physical Fitness test. I'm golden except for the run. ...need to shave off a minute per mile from 11 to under 10.
I try to be sure I am doing something nearly every day...including: running (sorta - 11 min mile is more of a trot) Zumba once a week. Yoga at least once a week. Circuit training on other days.
I am a native North Carolinian (a rarity in Charlotte). I work in staffing and I am also a musician. I spent six years in the Army as a musician way back in the day.
A big fan of the book "Younger Next Year." Would love to have a running buddy in the University area who has a similar pace of 10-12 minute miles.
