Getting Unstuck

Due to some health problems over the past two years I have gained 40 pounds. I need to find a way to lose these pounds. I need all the help I can get. I love the tools available to monitor my progress. I am cautiously optimistic.

My Goals:
Feel better and look better. Get back into clothes that I havent been able to wear for the last year or two. Ultimately, I like to get back to where I was fitness wise 3 years ago before Lyme.

My Program:
Tracking food intake and exercise then adjust as needed. Restricting starches and sugar and keeping calories in a range to promote weight loss.

Personal Information:
If I post it, it won't be personal haha.

Other Information:
I need my friends and family to hold me accountable and encourage me.

I was only teasing- like love teases... You are doing much better than I. If I still lived with dad, I'd be like Gilbert Grape's mom. I bet if he ate what we do, he would be skinnier than Dale. *sigh* Well, we just have to keep at it! I know you will succeed. Don't let ol' lymey boy get you down.
