Just keep swimming
I just turned 38 years old this year, and I am once again trying to get healthy. I had to deal with some major health issues last year, resulting in a full hysterectomy. I have been battling the resulting depression and stress. And I have my 20 year class reunion this year, so I am hoping that I can maintain a positive attitude and maintain a workout and diet so that I can be thinner and healthier for it.

My Goals:
I just want to get to a healthier weight.
My Program:
Record what I eat every day. Exercise early in the morning for at least 10 mins EVERY DAY Cardio for 15 min 5 days a week during lunch at work, and 30 min 3 days after work. Strength train 2 days a week.
