    Well I'm back!

    Today is the day I meet with a trainer at the gym I joined to do a fitness evaluation ( I know it won't be pretty... but I gotta start somewhere)

    I will post the results so that I can keep track and keep my goal in the forefront of my mind.

    Hi there! I see that youīve been here for a few days. Iīm stopping by to welcome you to the SparkPeople site. When I joined two years ago, I took my time learning everything cuz I just wanted to be sure of myself and I didnīt want to start something and fail again! Itīs good to see that you have begun tracking your nutrition and exercise. Try to focus on one or two things and practice them, then add more. In order to get feedback from other SparkPeople members, itīs important to go to the messageboards and share often. Also visit other peopleīs SparkPages leaving little positive and encouraging comments. Iīve learned a lot from the articles, too. Thereīs just tons of info available. Hope your weekīs a healthy one!
