Well I'm back!

Today is the day I meet with a trainer at the gym I joined to do a fitness evaluation ( I know it won't be pretty... but I gotta start somewhere)

I will post the results so that I can keep track and keep my goal in the forefront of my mind.

Hi there! I see that you´ve been here for a few days. I´m stopping by to welcome you to the SparkPeople site. When I joined two years ago, I took my time learning everything cuz I just wanted to be sure of myself and I didn´t want to start something and fail again! It´s good to see that you have begun tracking your nutrition and exercise. Try to focus on one or two things and practice them, then add more. In order to get feedback from other SparkPeople members, it´s important to go to the messageboards and share often. Also visit other people´s SparkPages leaving little positive and encouraging comments. I´ve learned a lot from the articles, too. There´s just tons of info available. Hope your week´s a healthy one!
