Have Patience the Lord is still workin on me!

My Goals:
Exercise 5 days a week

Im not going to set dates anymore because I just get discouraged when I dont meet them.
My Program:
Im a firm believer in the food journal method. In addition to writing everything down, doing a calorie count, and eating healthy food, I also ride my bike three miles to work and three miles back monday through friday. On mondays and fridays I also have comand physical fitness as well as my own cardio work outs on tuesday and thursday. It seems like a lot but I still manage to spend time with family and get in some rest.
