I am a mother of one, and a happily married woman of 5 years. I have ovarian cysts, arthritis, and asthma (all of which are worsened by my weight). I am also a college student who will be traveling to Greece for a class in Jan 2012, and am scared I'll be told I have to buy a second seat on the plane. That would be humiliating! I want to lose over 100lbs by then, roughly 10 lbs a month.

So I signed up for two challenges so far. I signed up for the biggest loser challenge in 20 somethings with 100+ to lose, and I signed up for a 25lb loss quarterly in 100+ pounds in 1 year. I am putting this here because I go to my spark page daily, and putting this here will remind me. The following is what is posted for my 25lb quarterly challenge:

Starting Weight: 352.4
Goal Weight: 327.4 (Aiming for 325)
Ending Weight:

I'm aiming to lose 27lbs. I want to be 325 because that's weight goal anyways, then I will have lost 10% of my weight. Since the challenge would have put my at 2lbs over my 1st goal.. I figured I may as well go for the gold right ? ;-)

My Goals:
Right now my goal is to lose about 37lbs.

My Program:
So far I am taking daily walks with my husband to get back into the routine of exercising. April I will start the slimfast diet. May I quit my energy drinks. Eventually I will be biking daily, I just have to fix the bike :-)
