My Goals:
1. Lose my last 10 pounds by the end of next year. 2. Resume exercise program at least 60 minutes of cardio 5 x week. Take some of the widlflower hikes that are so gorgeous here. 3. Get back to recording all of my nutrition and fitness info. 4. Continue to drink 8 glasses of water or more per day. 5. Keep up with reading SP articles. 6. Check in with all my friends. 7. Post to the message boards and stay in touch. 8. Help DH get back on track with his diet. 9. Reduce carbs, but also keep calorie counts between 1250 and 1450.
My Program:
I drink lots of water and try to keep calories under 1250 per day. Also try to stick to reduced carbs, but hopefully not extreme. Right now I am shooting for 20 - 40 carbs per day and re-evaluate in about 2 weeks. We try to make it a goal to hike at least 60 minutes whenever we go out.
Personal Information:
I currently live in Colorado and absolutely love the many opportunities for outdoor activities. Particularly enjoy spending time with my kids and grandkids.
Other Information:
I love quilting, reading, hiking, and cooking. I spend a lot of time finding really good recipes that can be altered and adapted to suit a lower calorie lifestyle.
