Wanting a healthy outlook and buddies

Hi,
My name is Jean and I am trying to lose weight for health reasons and for my family. They want me to be around for a long time and I want to also. I am diabetic, have fibromyalgia, and RA. I find it difficult to exercise so I really have to watch what I eat. It would be nice to find some buddies to keep me motivated even if it is just chatting.

Hi Jean, My name is Barb, butI go by Mollyj on the Sparks. I also have RA and Diabetes, other things. I would love to be your Buddy. I am also looking for a buddy who has the same type of difficulties. I am 69 yo. Live in International Falls, Mn. on the Canadian border. Yes the "ice Box of the Nation". emoticon . I didn't see your age, but I am 69 if that is not a problem. I have had several joint replacements, hips, fingers, knuckles, toes. Whatever, I lost count years ago. I am currently on Orencia. They took the metho away because I developed liver probs. I would love to have it back, but my rumey's aren't convinced. Anyway I thought I would try to connect with you, because it's hard going it alone. and Yes say NO. It's not easy, but we can teach p;eople how to treat us. Barbi
