My Program:
Weigh-in day = Wednesday

Mon- Cardio
Tue- Cardio
Wed- Optional
Thur- Cardio
Friday- Optional
Sat- Cardio
Sun- Optional

I'm doing a lot more interval training lately, and going into the aerobic zone of 70-80%. My goal is to burn 1600+ calories a week, and do 200+ minutes of cardio. This will change when I reach my goal, and I'll post my plan again then. It'll be about 100 mins of cardio and 4 days of weights.

Personal Information:
Live in Duluth, MN now. Originally from the U.P. of Michigan.

I teach 5th grade in the Hermantown School District.

My wife is a RN after working hard over the past two years in an accelerated program. We both are going to work out. Things are good, but I need to get motivated and determined again.

Step one- get to the fitness center again! It's been too long! My brother-in-law is going to work out there too.

My family means the world to me. I am an extremely positive person.

Great. Welcome back. You have helped me stay motivated in the past. Let's do it again. I would also like to lose 18 pounds. I'll try to match you pound for pound. Deal? I weighed in at 189 this morning. UGH! My goal will be to get to 171.

Thanks for stopping by and checking on me Russell- My wife and I are just getting started again.

I am going to be burning off some excess fat and also lifting weights too when I start out. I want to lose 18 more pounds.

I also am interested in the effects of the Nutribullet. We got one from the inlaws (I didnt even know). I plan to have one a day and see how this makes me feel.

I'll try to get on here daily. I'm going to workout later. Keep at it. You can do it!

I haven't heard from you for awhile. How's it going? What are your current goals. I got off track for awhile - dealing with a lot of stress but I'm getting engaged again. I want to get my weight back under 180 asap. How about you? What are your current goals?
