HI! YOu asked about th4e Kettleworx. The very first time I did it, I used our old 4 pound, just to get the feel of the routine. I was more concerned with form, than weight. The next time I bumped it up to the 7 pound bell and that made it much harder, but still do-able. My DH uses the 10 pound that came with it. The guys in the videos use a 12 pound (I think) and the women use a 10 pound. If you are just starting with this, I'd stick to the lowest weight you have so that your form is not hampered by the weight of the bell. At least until you get the hang of it. Hope that helps!
