Here I am again..................starting tomorrow I will be on track again, for a challenge to "Achieve my Best" between now and May. It's a work challenge and I'll be using Spark Pages to help me track my eating and stay on track.
I started this last year, but didn't get the weight off. Now I'm once again trying. I have all 20 lbs. to lose before summer. Hoping for 15 gone by May when the challenge is over and maybe even all 20 by the end of June.

Izzys_Mom: I will let you know how Kettleworx works out after I've been on it for a bit. I really like Burn It Up (except the Yoga part) and will keep doing it I'm sure in between Kettleworx.
Good luck
Loveleighartist- thanksf or your detail on the Kettleworx program.

Hi, I saw your post in Burn it Up. I'm just starting it out, and struggling! I saw you're moving on to Kettleworx - I'd love to hear how you like it! I'll have to check in with you in a few weeks! :)

HI! YOu asked about th4e Kettleworx. The very first time I did it, I used our old 4 pound, just to get the feel of the routine. I was more concerned with form, than weight. The next time I bumped it up to the 7 pound bell and that made it much harder, but still do-able. My DH uses the 10 pound that came with it. The guys in the videos use a 12 pound (I think) and the women use a 10 pound. If you are just starting with this, I'd stick to the lowest weight you have so that your form is not hampered by the weight of the bell. At least until you get the hang of it. Hope that helps! Let me know how it goes!
