Hi. I'm Diana from Cambridge, England. I'm a work-from-home Mom of 4 grown 'kids', who is a Dyslexia Consultant when I'm wearing my professional hat. I thought I would be more active and eat less when my children left home. Oh, how the reverse has been true!
I'm here to reclaim some of my life and a lot more of my waistline...

Stepping up my exercise time to 30 mins daily minimum.
Keeping those 8 glasses of H2O going.
Eat balanced. Eat fresh and raw where poss.
Maintain my sleep routine.
Make someone smile every day.
Report a minimum of one positive achievement each day
