    I hope your therapy is helping, and that you are improving. I'm doing okay, but it's been a rough summer. It was extremely hot and rainy, so I'm really looking forward to autumn and cooler, and hopefully drier weather, so I can get outside and walk more again. I feel like I've been stuck inside most of the summer. Autumn is my favorite time of year.
