A good friend told me about SparkPeople a year ago, I thanked her and then forgot about it. Since then, I've gained almost twenty pounds! Now I'm thinking twice about passing up her good advice. I've tried Prism, LA Weightloss and slipped back into my old habits both times (as soon as I stopped spending money on the programs). I'm loving this support system already and I've only been using it for four days.

My Goals:
My goal is to improve my overall health and limit the need for medicaitons. I'd like to have enough energy not to be the first one to want to call it a day (or night!).

My Program:
I have re-joined my health club and am actually going - I love group exercise classes. More importantly, I am staying accountable by logging my nutrition and exercise on this website!

Personal Information:
I am a 47 year old mom of teenage twin boys and married to my dream husband. I've learned in life that there's too much living to do to try and be perfect. Happy and Healthy is what I want for a legacy.

Other Information:
Spiritual health is huge for me. As I am being accountable to myself for physical health, I am also working on my relationship with Christ. He has blessed me and I'd like to return the favor.
