    Hey Dizzy, Thank you for the making me your friend! You asked about my injury, well It is healing very nicely and my Physical Therapist put me through some very tough routines on Monday! I was sore the next day. I am looking forward to Friday and another sweaty workout in the gym and then later in the day I go back for Pool. I am able to do a 1/4 of my old routine aready , I am thrilled! No pain this week except for sore muscles. That I can deal with! Now to get back to eating right. I got the scales and measuring devises I need to get this whole thing on track! I wouldn't mind a pound a week! I just want to go down instead of up.LOL And how has your week been?

    Hello! I am a member since 9/23/2007,but there are times when I am not very active. Actually I stopped tracking my food and workouts for over a year,when we were building our new house. Since January I have started tracking food and working out regularly. I have done walk away the pound tapes for a period very sincerely. They did help a lot and I am thinking of doing them again regularly. I used to walk for 90 minutes before work regularly for years and also did exercise bike. When I am active on Spark People,I am sincere with my exercise and healthy lifestyle. Then something gets in the way I gain back a lot of lost weight,and have to start again. This time I am hoping to go on and lose the weight and stay active. It is important to be active on web site to stay focused on your goals. Good Luck! emoticon
