how are you doing? have you been logging your food and tracking your fitness? what are you doing to make sure you stay in your calorie range? i seen your menu plan in the blog you did 8/13 thats a great idea to plan ahead like that. do you put your recipes in the spark recipe calculator or use any of theirs?
