37 years old now... and my hubby, who's 12 years older than me, can run circles around me!! Time to get myself in shape and give the ol' man a run for his money! hahaha

Hi! I see that you have disc problems too.. I had to have a spinal fusion a couple years ago due to mine. But I still have one disc that is herniated. What kind of workouts do you do? I have found that working out is the hardest part for me, I have a lot of pain and it's hard to push threw everyday. But I know I have to get this weight off.
