My Goals:
I'd like to lose weight, tone, and find a much healthier lifestyle.

I haven't been a healthy weight since I was about 8 years old and I'm both anxious and frightened of what I will find underneath all of this extra weight.

My Program:
I try to stay within my calorie range every day.

Other Information:
I have never lost more than 70 lbs before putting it all back on plus extra. It is my current goal to get to that 70 lb mark and keep going full steam ahead.

I am still trying to lose the 20 lbs I gained last year. Oh! That's right it doesn't happen overnight. LOL What was I thinking! Hope you are still working at it and meeting with success. Happy New Year Belinda!

I am so glad you came back.
Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you on your journey.

You can get this done if you focus on just one day at a time.

Set daily goals and don't think about anything beyond that.

Have a plan for when you feel cravings;Go brush your teeth, read success stories, set a timer for 30 minutes and hold off until then...what ever works for you.

Meet the goals you set for yourself each day and the rest will just fall in place.

Good luck and Happy, Healthy New Year to you!
