HI. Thanks for your reply. I started out wonderful today(l0l). Had a couple of pancakes. Decided I would put on some music and tackle my house. Love to work in the yard but seeing as it is winter there is not much to do. Hope your day is going well and keep on trucking along. Bonnie emoticon

Thanks for checking in with me.
Yes, keeping the weight off is the biggest problem, and I have not done goon this last year. It kinda sneaks up, your old habits.
I want to try to get back on track. Hard to be committed again. Trial and error.
Hope you will keep going.
If I didn't try sometimes, no telling how big I would be LOL

Hello I see that you are back. I've been in GA the past week, for a Graduation at Ft Benning. We had a nice time except for the weather on the way back.
I didn't work out or eat very well while I was away. I tried to pick the best foods available sometimes its not possible. I put back on a few lbs. Will have to work harder to make my Dec goals. LOL emoticon
