Making a goal for 2010, the year of ME

This is the heaviest that I have been NOT pregnant. Something has to give, I have a closet full of clothes that I can't squeeze into and I refuse to buy new ones. I will complete my goal of losing 43 pounds and look like a 56 year old bombshell !

Hey there!
I think you're going to love SparkPeople! I've known about it, but hadn't made it a priority until this last summer. Now, I'm checking out the community side of things.

I want to encourage you today to make time to track your food and do some moving! You're worth it! emoticon

I am just getting stared for Scale Back Alabama...I don't have a real weight loss plan yet. I'm working on finding out what resources I can find on this website. Do you have a plan yet?

Hi and welcome to the Alabama Team! We're glad you're here! You've taken the first step to a new, healthy life and that is great! Don't overwhelm yourself by trying to do too much too fast.

Take it slowly and learn one new habit at a time! Maybe start by drinking 8 or more glasses of water every day or do a little exercise every day or track your food on the nutrition tracker and see what you really are eating.

You'll find loads of support and help here! I wish you the best!
