From Sacrifice To Strength
I am used to always being the "big guy" everywhere I have been. Its time for a change. I don't want to rally on that excuse no more of always being the big game. My hopes are that this new lifestyle that I have taken will introduce me to a world I am not accustomed to. Only God knows where this journey will take me. But no more excuses. It is time to put up or shut up. If want my wife and daughters to be proud of their father I have to accomplish this goal. Wether this new lifestyle ...

Wether this new lifestyle leads towards the military or a new career, I will accept this challenge and conquer it.

My Goals:
I don't like to set goals, because I put myself down when I fail..I am however determined to lose 140lbs by August 2013. I am hoping this lead to better career opportunities, if not lead me to my overall dream of joining the military.
My Program:
I am trying to limit my calorie intake between 1500-2250 a day semi-low carb diet, along with water (only) to drink. I have been doing this for almost 6 months now and it seems to work the best. For exercise I am going to try and workout 5/6 times a week with light ST but mainly cardio for now. I just started the 100 pushups in 7 weeks program so I am hoping it goes well.
