@ GYMRAT - I am doing GREAT. My boyfriend bought me a gym membership and is funding a personal trainer so that I get the best possible result. We also walk together on the days I am too busy to get to the gym. My endurance has improved immensely - last night we walked for an hour at a pretty fast clip. That is way up from barely being able to walk 10 minutes at a turtles pace!! I've lost 6 pounds in the last 4 weeks. We are eating healthier & feeling so much better!! I am amazed at how much more energy I have.

I have tried other diets and found that what I truly love about SparkPeople is the community, I believe it really helps keep you on track. Utilize the community here, add friends, join teams and challenges and post to the message boards.
