The most notable thing about me is I play Roller Derby, so right off the bat I know I get enough exercise ;) . Two and a half years ago I had a 35 1/2 pound cystic mass removed from my abdomen/left ovary (totally non-cancerous). At that point in time I weighed the least I had since high school (or even before), when I came home from the hospital I weighed 160lb. - I had lost 55 pounds total in a week. Much to my personal displeasure I have gained 40 of that back, I have to keep reminding myself that a portion of this was muscle gain though. I am now finally taking a look at what I eat and realizing it's all the wrong things. After getting that chance to buy clothes 2 sizes smaller than what I had worn, I don't want to buy larger sizes. I also want to get back my skating speed that I had when I came back after my surgery - when I weighed 160 I was one of the fastest because I still had my leg strength with a lot less to push around. I want to get back to that point!! I want to JAM and I want to look great in my uniform!!!

My Goals:
My goal is to get to 185. I was 160 when I got out of the hospital and I felt i was too thin. I got down to 185 before gaining that weight back. 185 was good, I'm aiming or that then we'll see about a extra 10 pounds when we get there.

My Program:
I do 2-3 high intensity roller skating (quads) workouts each week, they last 2 hours but usually only have about 1.5 hours of actually skating time
