Hi Jennifer, good to hear from you. I've hardly done any cardio as I've been sick and so have the kids. I haven't walked the shops since last week as I was too dizzy on the weekend when I was there with the kids and ever since I've had a kid home sick from school. My kids are on holidays as of now.
A holiday in the States sounds good. It should be cooler there for you, what are your husband's family like with food? When we stay with my mother-in-law, my weight doesn't change, but my husband puts it on.
I've only had a couple of emails from my husband since he's left.They were at disneyland today. We're almost halfway through.
My weightloss had stalled for about a month, but I was losing inches. The last couple of weeks I've lost weight too. You will start losing again if you stick with it.

Your weekend sounded great. How are you going with your exercise program for the week? It sounds like a gruelling plan, but you should feel good for it.
We had a long weekend (Friday was ANZAC day). We went to the beach on Saturday (my parents are vacationing for a fortnight). The weather was fantastic (much better than last weekend). The kids had a midday swim and we all went for a walk on the beach in the afternoon. Before we went to the coast, I took my eldest to her squad training. I got to stay and do 30 mins of pilates with them and I did 1hr of swimming while I was waiting.

The kids went back to school Tuesday (and I got called in to work too). My work skirt was loose, so I was expecting a good weight loss on Wednesday. I gained 0.6 kg (undoes 3 weeks of weight loss).
Tomorrow morning, if all goes well, I should be going swimming. Sunday, we're going to the coast for the day.
Like you, my strength is going well, but mixing up the cardio is proving difficult. Our closest big shopping centre is 2 km long. Wednesday, I parked at one end, walked up and back before doing my shopping and did the same once I'd done. My pedometer recorded 26 mins of aerobic activity. I think I'll try to do this when I go up there.
