I started at 331 lbs and a bmi of 47. I developed high blood pressure and acid reflux, the docs told me i needed to lose weight but i just ignorned them. Then my acid reflux got so bad i could hardly eat anything. It was then i decided to make a change. The craziest part is this whole time i had a gym membership,so i finally put it to good use I also began eating only poultry and fish. So now here i am 126lbs lighter and feeling wonderful. The next part of my journey begins with 4lbs to lose , I know I can do it if I put my mind to it.

I am entering into the new year renergized and ready for whatever 2010 has to offer.
MARCH 2010- 5 LBS treat my self to a full body massage. -I went to Robert Andrews day spa and it was wonderful. Done
APRIL 2010- 3 LBS a new summer outfit. Ok so maybe I bought more than one oufit... Done
May 2010-5 lbs a trip to Mrytle Beach - I leave next weekend for the beach..woooohoooo
June 2010- 5 lbs
July 2010- Hopefully I will be at my Goal weight of 199 , i may have to adjust my goal but we will see.
May 2011- Im at my goal weight of 199 ,Im happy here for now ......

New Goals for 2010
Jan 2010-5 lbs -done
Feb 2010-5 lbs -Lost 8 lbs instead. Whoa!
March 2010-5 lbs - Lost 7 lbs instead.
April 2010-3lbs - lost 5 lbs.
May 2010-5lbs -met
June 2010-4lbs -2lbs but that still good.
July 2010- 3 lbs- met
August- 3lbs - 1bs but good
Sept- 3 lbs -0 lbs
October- 3 lbs -0lbs
November- 3lbs -3 lbs
December- 3lbs
May 2011 I reached my goal of 199 and I finally wear a size 13/14....YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!



My Program:
I workout 6 times a week walking ,running at the track for 90 min ,and excersing at the gym for 60 min. I have changed my eating habit by only eating poultry and fish and cutting back on all sugary products.
