LET'S GET MOVING!!!

I'm a TOTAL foodie tryin to keep control in my life... I have to stay accountable....On medical leave due to cancer treatments & a stem cell transplant. Now that I'm gettin better my doctor said I can start back exercising-lightly. This tool will help me along the way to keep me accountable for what I eat & how much activity I do every day.

Welcome to The No S Diet Team!

The No S Diet is a common sense, uncomplicated way of living and eating that you can do every day for the rest of your life; true lifestyle change (not really a diet). It is great grandma's way of eating. And permanent freedom from dieting, weighing, measuring, tracking, and obsession. The threads contain the info as does The No S Diet website, www.nosdiet.com. So please stop by all the threads and dive right in, if you haven't already. Welcome! Carol

The informercial mantra of being the toughest workout put on dvd is close to true as far as my experience. The workouts are intense; but of course that is pending the effort put into the workout. I notice in your opening paragraph you stated working out lightly...I would not suggest Insanity as a light workout.

Good luck with the chemo and treatment. My wife is also on leave from work with a bad Lupus flare. She is currently taking the chemo pill. Prayers go out.
