My Goals:
10 lbs at a time until I get to 40 lbs. I took off 10 in my last go-around and have managed to keep it off. Now I am back hammering at the next 10.

My Program:
I ride my bike, walk the dog, yoga, core strengthening work, and lots of stretching for my arthritic hip

Thanks for the comment on my web page. I have been vegan for
2 1/2 years (30 mos.) and in that time I have lost about 46 lbs. That is an average of about 1.5 lbs. per month. Not very fast. I went through the same thing you did. I thought the weight would just drop off, and it didn't work that way. It's never easy.

Thanks for visiting my Blog. I can't say I feel better after execising, like some people do, but when I get into the habit (which I'm not these days) I notice the difference when I don't exercise. I'm not losing weight and eating under 1500 calories, so I'm sure exercise is what I need!!!!! Thanks and keep in touch!
