I am so proud of the fact that I have lost 60lbs so far. I have found a love for running and eating healthy. I am a little stalled out right now so I am back to Spark to try to regain the motivation I need to kick this next 60lbs. Glad to be back in the game!
*Drink 8 Glasses of water, at least, a day.
*To exercise daily at least 30 mins.
*Shop in "regular" clothing stores/departments
*Find one thing positive about myself everyday.
*Understand why I am eating, what I am eating, when I eat it.
*Make healthier food choices
*Loose 5 lbs -DONE (3/31/10)
*Loose 10 lbs- DONE (4/19/10)
*Loose 20 lbs
*Loose 40 lbs
*Loose 60 lbs
*Loose 80 lbs
*Reach my Goal Weight
*Regain my confidence to sing in front of people again.
*Do all of this with my Husband.
*Drinking no pop. Water, milk or juice for me!
*Pre tracking what I am eating during the day. I find I am less likely to eat something I shouldn't if I have already tracked my meals.
*Belly Dance Classes at least 2 times a week for an hour.

*Reading, and starting to follow, The Spark!
